This website is operated by the All Party Parliamentary Group on Dying Well (APPG) – funded privately by its members. On each visit to our website the server will log your IP address and the domain name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) but none of your personal details can be derived from this information.

Cookies are only used for visitors actually logging into the website in order to carry out administrative tasks. Visitors not members of the administrative group will not be presented with a cookie.

If you decide to register, we will ask you to provide some details about yourself and your business. The information that you give to us will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It will not be disclosed to any other organisations not directly concerned with the delivery of our services unless there is a legal obligation for us to do so.
